How is a private Bali airport transfer different from a taxi or Grab?
Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board and your fare is fixed and all-inclusive before you fly. Taxis mean queueing at the counter; Grab requires walking to a designated pickup zone and cars are scarce at peak times and late at night. The difference is biggest for red-eye arrivals and travellers with children, elderly parents or lots of luggage.
How is the fare calculated? Will the price change on the day?
Fares are fixed by vehicle type and destination and locked in when your booking is confirmed. The price includes taxes, service charges and parking — your driver will never ask for extra payment on the road.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor every flight in real time. If yours is delayed, your driver adjusts the pickup automatically at no extra charge; if it is cancelled, you can reschedule for free or request a refund under our refund policy.
How long does it take from the airport to Ubud or Seminyak?
Seminyak is about 12 km away, typically 25–40 minutes; Ubud is about 37 km, typically 75–120 minutes, depending on traffic. Your driver will take the smoothest route available.
