Our Story
Our story began in 2015, when our founding team started building premium travel services on the ground in Bali — luxury transfers, private chauffeurs and VIP concierge work — before extending eastward to the Komodo region. A decade of hands-on operations taught us exactly where trips go wrong, and the most common pain point is the very first hour: stepping off a long-haul flight into a crowded immigration hall.
